Hello everybody,
Sorry for not posting regularly, but things have been a bit crazy in our household lately. Here is a run down of the craziness...
-Brian graduated in June, yeah he is now officially an MBA.
-Brian's been working on his start-up.
-My sister got married in June (all of us were in the wedding).
-We are pregnant!!! yeah.
-We were in California for 2 weeks for the wedding and heading back in August for a week.

Hello to all my fans, I'm back and better than ever! Ha,no but seriously people, I have been so busy living my life that I forgot to update everyone on what's been going on.

Well, here we go (and this should be read like a toddler -k-)...
I went to Ca, twice, had fun, played lots, gardened, yummy tomatoes, saw people, people are nice, saw grandparents, LOVE them, saw my super cousin, man is he big, BIG, BIG, oh yeah I'm a BIG deal or at least what's my momma tells me everyday... I've been making friends in Seattle and so has mommy and daddy, friends are fun, go to greenlake, go to parks, parks again, climb, climb, climb,that's my new thing, walking is so 3 months ago, and climbing is the new thing oh and cars, cars are awesome, line 'em up and throw off the couch, I can do that for hours.
Well, that about sums it up,
Ohhhhh wait a minute I forgot the most important part (well for mommy and daddy)
WE MOVED!!! yup, we moved, had a little trouble adjusting at first, but overall this house is waaaayy better. More space for me to run, a cool backyard and a downstairs for daddy to work in peace and extra space for any of you. We have space now, so mommy says that people have no excuse for not visiting us anymore, that means you are coming to visit right? right? Come on, I miss you!

Tulip Festival

This last weekend, mom and dad took me to the tulip festival. I think it's the first time I've seen sooooo many tulips all in one place. It was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. Kind of crazy that people just plant rows and rows of tulips, just because. Enjoy the pictures.

Just being me, I mean really peeps, what else is there to say. I love life, everyday is a fantastic journey and it's fabulous being me! Yeah... Go Meee. Oh yeah and did I mention I can walk, I totally know how and when mommy's not looking I do it, but don't tell her, I want the whole.. ("yeah, look at you, you're walking, what a big boy") thing to last awhile longer.

Well I think so anyways. Although it is still freezing out I still manage to get out and about. Mamo (Grandma Paula) just came visit me and we had a great time. We went to the aquarium, swinging at the park, went sight-seeing (a lot, I've already seen most of it, so I took the opportunity to catch a few Zzzzz's).

Welcome Back!! Ha, that is what I feel like our little house said when we finally returned back to our life in Seattle. We took about a month off and spent some wonderful time in California with family and friends. Here are some photos of our trip.

Santa's Helpers come in all sizes! From our family to yours we wish you a wonderful Holiday season. May God bless your family as He blessed ours this year, with me of course! What a crazy and exciting year it has been. I've come a long way baby! Here's the latest update: I'm almost a year old (Dec. 10th remember), I am now crawling and making mommy chase me around the house--she somehow always catches me, I love my doggies and talk them in my own secret language and I am 17lbs and 26.5 in long. Life in Seattle

Hello.... We're Back!! We've settled in nicely to our new home in Seattle and finally I have a chance to start our new blog. Hopefully with regular updates.

Here is the latest news... Brian is enjoying school and will heading off to Virginia soon to compete in a business school competition (we'll update you on how he does when it's over). I am working on planning Zander's 1st birthday. And Zander is working really hard on trying to crawl. It is proving to be much more difficult than we all thought.

6-Months Old!

So I turned 6 months old yesterday, of course I should have been 3 months and 1 week. As you can image, 6 months ago at about 2:30 in the morning I was in the middle of a nice fetal sleep cycle and then - wham! - it's bright and I'm cold.

Where am I? Why am I here? - and why won't anyone put me back in? That's what I was thinking that is. Well now that I'm a big boy - I'll find out exactly how big at my 6 month checkup tomorrow - I like it here. There are so many friendly people, everyone seems to love life cause they're always smiling at me - it could just be me:)

What a week

So this week started out with a 3-day weekend, awesome, and me and the parents went to our friends house for a get together. There were 5 adult couples and 7 kids - including me - we were all 3 and under. It was cool because I'm almost 6 months but I'm like a 3 month old, you know on account of the preemie, and there was a real 5 month old, 8 month old and 13 month old. Dad said it looked like the evolution chart except that I have more hair than the three girls combined.

It's always fun for me to get together with friends for a few laughs, a few cries and a few naps. I fit into most of my 0-3 month outfits, except for the long ones. I don't know why but I seem to have shorter legs, doesn't make sense since my parents are both so tall. I'm also wearing size 2 diapers which is the same as my friend whose as big as a house, we both barely fit into them of course I'm on the small side and she's on the large.

Last night was a lot of fun too. I stayed up past my bed time and at about 10:30 mom and me were playing, she started tickling me and couldn't help but laugh. What can I say I'm a ticklish boy and I'm not talking a little tee-hee but full on, belly shaking, baby laugh. It was the first time Dad really saw me crack up and my biggest laugh yet. Let me tell you it killed, Mom, Dad and the G-Parents couldn't get enough - I'm quite the entertainer.

Anywho, I've been up for minutes and I'm getting tired. Love Zander.

Long Time, No Write

Hey Family and Friends, I haven't been as diligent in posting updates on the CarePages but there's been so much for me to see and explore- I'm sorry. I know there are a lot of people out there that have been praying for me and my parents and want an update.

For that reason, with my parents help, I'm starting this blog and I'll post to it diligently, not as often and I did with the CarePages but on a regular basis - with lots of pics and video too. Aren't I cute;)

I just hit the 5 month mark earlier in the month (2 months adjusted age) and I'm tracking very well for my adjusted age. You can see I like smiling, and occasionally laughing, mostly at the ladies that coo at me. I weigh around 12lbs and I'm a healthy boy.

Mom and dad have finally sold there house, after more than 2 years of trying, and are staying with G-Ma and G-Pa (Murphy) for the summer. After that they're planning on heading to Seattle, dad's going to grad school to get an MBA which I think stands for Making Baby Awesome but I'm not sure.
